INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTING SYSTEM

The website will facilitate you understand the radicals of the language and IELTS all modules to help you know how to make a strong personal introduction, how to answer questions at IELTS interview and at writing. MASTER ENGLISH

lISTEN mODULE

IELTS Listening test is made to assess the listening abilities of a candidate. The candidate has to answer 40 questions in 30 minutes as he/she hears different conversations and monologues. 10 minutes extra are also given to transfer the answers to the answer sheet.

rEADING mODULE

The Reading test of the IELTS lasts for 60 minutes. This includes the time needed to transfer your answers to an answer sheet. Students are given either an Academic Reading test, or a General Training Reading test.

WRITING mODULE

The IELTS Writing test is made up of two tasks. The topics in these tasks are related to areas of general interest and are suitable for test takers entering undergraduate and postgraduate studies or seeking professional registration. Responses to both tasks must be written in a formal style.

SPEAKING MODULE

The IELTS Academic Speaking test assesses a candidate in spoken English. It is conducted face-to-face with a trained IELTS examiner and it can be an online interview. In the test, proficiency in spoken English is examined and the interview lasts for between 11 - 15 minutes.

IELTS is the most common English language proficiency test for global migration and higher education. It is mandatory for the candidates considering studying in a country where English is the main communication language. The full form of IELTS is International English Language Testing System.

Yes. IELTS test can be taken as many times as you desire. You can try giving the exam 4-5 times only in case to improve your first score. However, if you get a higher score on the first attempt, then it will be difficult to improve on the second take.

Yes, an average student can easily crack IELTS by enrolling in IELTS online prep course. However, if you want to make a good score in the exam, you need to study hard in order to get a good score.

Yes, you can pass the IELTS exam without coaching if you practice all the sections consistently. However, it is advisable to take coaching so that you can clear your doubts in case you face any challenge in solving any particular section.

IELTS STUDY

Universities require certain IELTS test scores for admissions. Your score determines the classes you take. For example, a low score will put you in low-level colleges, while a high score paves a path for admission in reputed colleges. IELTS exam scores are also important factor for merit-based scholarships. It can be won from organizations and schools.

Texts come from books, journals, magazines, newspapers and online resources, written for a non-specialist audience. All the topics are of general interest to students at undergraduate or postgraduate level. The texts may be written in different styles, for example, narrative, descriptive or discursive/argumentative. At least one text contains detailed logical argument. Texts may also contain diagrams, graphs or illustrations. If texts use technical vocabulary, then a simple dictionary definition is provided.

You will need to transfer your answers to an answer sheet. You must transfer your answers during the hour you are given for the Reading test.  You should be careful when writing your answers on the answer sheet because you will lose marks for incorrect spelling and grammar.

Nono one can. All candidates must bring their original valid passport, a copy of which was submitted with the application, to the speaking test and listening, reading and writing test. If the candidate does not bring their original passport on the test day, they will be refused entry to the test.

Yes. Accommodations are made in order to help students with disabilities, including extended breaks, visual and reading aid, and extended testing time. However, students need to apply for it as early as possible or before seven weeks of test date.
