Sample Answer
I’d like to talk about my cousin, Riya, who is an avid reader and someone I admire a lot. She’s in her late twenties and works as a librarian, which suits her perfectly because of her love for books. From a young age, Riya has always been fascinated by reading, and it has become a significant part of her daily routine.
Riya enjoys a variety of books. She loves classic literature by authors like Jane Austen and modern mystery novels by Agatha Christie. Besides fiction, she often reads non-fiction, especially books on history, philosophy, and self-improvement. Her bookshelf is always overflowing with diverse genres, and she never seems to run out of recommendations.
Reading has taught her valuable lessons. She has developed a strong vocabulary, excellent communication skills, and a better understanding of the world. She often shares insights from her books, like how mindfulness practices have helped her stay positive during tough times.
I believe Riya enjoys reading because it allows her to escape from reality and explore new ideas. It’s her way of relaxing and broadening her horizons. Her passion for books inspires me to read more and appreciate the joy of learning through stories and knowledge.
