Sample Answer (150 words):

An important decision I made was to join an English language institute after finishing high school. I made this decision three years ago when I realized that learning English would help me in my studies and career.

At first, I was unsure because I thought it might be challenging, but after thinking about its benefits, I decided to give it a try. I searched for the best institute in my city and enrolled in a six-month spoken English course.

I felt nervous at the start, but as I attended classes, I gained confidence. I could communicate better and even gave a speech at the end of the course.

This decision was important because it improved my skills and opened many opportunities. Today, I feel proud of making this choice because it helped me grow personally and professionally.
