Vegetarian diet is the diet which is plant based taken by people in order to meet their daily nutrients needs. Non vegetarian eating habits can cause serious health issues so everyone should prefer plant based diet. I agree with this suggestion and I am going to discuss my point of view in the upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, meat causes some critical health problems. It is seen that handling these animals like fishes, hens is not hygienic. Shopkeepers put them in a dirty places which affects the human health badly. When humans eat these unhygienic animal’s flesh, they suffer from various digestive problems like gastrointestinal infections which affects their body a lot. For example, a survey report reveals that individuals suffer from a lot of health problems then they eat the non-vegetarian diet due to their improper handling.
Alternatively, There are various health benefits of taking vegetarian diet. Firstly, it is in our culture, we are accustomed of taking plant resources. The plant based food is the natural source of food and contains very high nutritive value. It provides us the various minerals and vitamins like banana is the biggest source of calcium and soyabean is known for its protein value and pulses for providing energy. Moreover, eating vegetarian food does not cause any health issues.
To conclude, vegetarian diet is healthy and helps to prevent from various diseases so everyone should adopt vegetarian diet.
