Today when people use internet for shopping from websites, individuals write comments about the material which they get and facilities provided to them by companies. I personally believe that this is a positive advancement and I have some reason to prove it which I am going to write in upcoming paragraph.
To begin with, I believe that writing reviews about products is definitely a good development because due to these reviews company know about the negative aspect of their products and also it helps them to improve the quality of their materials. If company gets positive comments by their buyers then it is inspiration for them to produce the good quality products more and more.
In addition to this, definitely it is a positive advancement because it is the best way to make a connection between seller and the buyer. Company sellers get to know about the taste of their receivers and also they provide them products according to their choices. For example, a survey report reveals that companies which get the reviews from their customers time to time those companies provide the best quality products and best services to the buyers.
Continuing with more reasons, writing the reviews of products and services is also beneficial for the customers themselves because nowadays, when people have to purchase any kind of product, they firstly prefer to read the reviews of other people related to the product and they save themselves by purchasing the defective or low quality product.
Furthermore, if a company gets positive comments most of the time then it is also helpful for increasing reputation of that company and also it is beneficial for increasing the sales of the company.
To sum up, to write the reviews about the product or services has become common trend and I personally believe that it is a positive development as it helps the company to improve the quality of the product and it is a best way to make a connection between buyer and seller.
