Some people think that the government should strictly control the supply of fresh water, as the resources are limited, while others think we can use much water as we want. Discuss both the views and give your opinion.
Nowadays, water is one of the basic needs of every individual. Some people believe that supply of water should be strictly controlled by the government whereas the other people believe that they can use as much water as they want. So, I will discuss both the views to reach my final verdict.
To initiate with, some people believe that organization should strictly control the supply of fresh water because restriction of water supply is very important as the usage of water is increasing day by day. Although people have right to use water but unnecessary use of water can only lead to many problems so people need to understand the value of water and use it wisely. If water is saved by people then our coming generation will not have to face difficulties. For instance, survey reveals that government of Mumbai has strictly control the supply of water due to the unnecessarily use of fresh water by the people and to save more water.
Alternatively, other people think that instead of putting the restrictions over the water, people should have the right to use as much water as they want because they believe that water is a natural resource and no one can stop them from using it. Moreover, many day to day activities are dependent on the availability of fresh water like cooking, bathing, drinking and so on. In order to save the water, one cannot cut off the usage of water that they daily need in their day to day work. For instance, farming is also dependent on water. If sufficient water is not given to the crops then crops will not grow properly and farmers will have to face loss.
Finally, after scanning both the views, I can easily reach to the conclusion that government should control the supply of water as people are wasting it a lot and if government controls the supply, people will know the value of water and will use it carefully
