The car is a disastrous 20th century invention that has made the world’s cities more dangerous and polluted, as well as being responsible for the deaths of millions of people in accidents. Do you agree or disagree?
In today’s day and age, several new advancements and developments have been made for comfort of the people. There is a belief that the car is one of the most horrendous innovations that has been made as it poses various complications like danger to pedestrians, pollution and uncountable deaths of people. I completely agree with the above mentioned statement and I am going to present my views in the following paragraphs.
To commence with, I believe that a car contributes more in making a street more dangerous. Cars cause traffic jams and a lot of noise pollution because of the constant beeping of the horns in the jams. For instance, a recent survey report reveals that in urban cities noise pollution is the main problem that people are facing which is caused by the cars most of the time.
Additionally, an enormous contribution in pollution of environment is caused by cars since majority of them run on natural sources like patrol. To exemplify, burning of the fuel produces carbon dioxide which harms the environment and it is majorly caused by cars and burning of fuel also generates smoke which cause the visibility complication not only that but it is also the reason of many health related problem like asthma.
Furthermore, the most well known hazard of cars is the accidents caused by them which are the most concerning issue. Cars are machines and sometimes because of some technical issues they get out of control and because of this many people lose their lives.
To sum up, I believe that cars are indeed very risky and harmful invention and there are many reasons of it like it causes numerous of accident, causes pollution and harms the environment.
