I am writing to bring to your attention the recurring issues with our public transport service. Lately, there have been frequent delays, and buses are often overcrowded. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to passengers.
These delays make it difficult for people like me to reach work on time, which affects our daily routine and productivity. Moreover, the overcrowding creates an uncomfortable and unsafe environment, especially during peak hours.
I believe that more buses should be added during busy times to reduce the overcrowding. Additionally, ensuring that buses run on time would greatly improve the service and benefit all passengers.
