Let me explain, I attempted to transfer $250 from my savings account account number: MJ09800987600 to another account using online banking. However, the amount was debited from my account, but the recipient never received it.
This issue has caused me significant inconvenience as the payment was urgent. Despite contacting your customer support, I have not received any clear response regarding the resolution. This delay has affected my financial commitments and trust in the bank’s services.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt refund of the debited amount. Additionally, I urge the bank to improve its transaction security to prevent such incidents in the future. Please provide me with an update at your earliest convenience.
