Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with an unpleasant experience I had at your supermarket on April 5th. Though I always have had wonderful experience at your market place but this time the rude dealing of your sales man was quite unexpected and upsetting.
Let me explain, I had approached one of your employees to inquire about the availability of gluten-free products, as I have dietary restrictions and needed assistance locating the section. However, the employee responded with visible irritation and dismissed my question by saying, “It’s not my job to help with every little thing.” He then walked away while I was still speaking. This rude and unprofessional behavior was both unexpected and upsetting.
As a regular customer, I value respectful service and believe such conduct should not be tolerated. I request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure all staff treat customers with courtesy. A reminder on customer service etiquette might prevent similar issues in the future.
