Dear Mr. Mathur
I am reaching out to draw your attention to the admirable display of honesty among your staff members. My name is Ami and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel Grand Arena. During my stay, I experienced a remarkable act of honesty by one of your junior staff members that I believe deserves recognition.
On December 5, 2023 I unintentionally left my purse in the waiting area of the hotel. To my great relief and surprise, your staff member, Daneil, promptly discovered and returned the purse to me. What impressed me even more was the fact that the purse contained a substantial amount of money, which was all intact when returned.
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the honesty and integrity displayed by Daneil. Such acts of integrity contribute significantly to the positive image and reputation of your establishment.
In light of this commendable display of honesty, I would like to suggest that this man should be recognized and awarded for his exemplary behavior. I wish to offer him $100 as a token of appreciation and I request you to commend his honesty with a certificate. If feasible, I also suggest considering a salary increase in recognition of his integrity. Acknowledging such acts reinforce a culture of honesty within the organization.
