- Ask the family some questions to get information that is important for your

Dear Mr Smith,
I hope this message finds you well. I am thrilled to be staying with your family as part of my English and Homestay program. This is my first time in New Zealand, and I can’t wait to experience your beautiful country while improving my English.
Before I arrive, I wanted to share that I have a mild allergy to dust. It’s usually not a big issue, but I wanted to let you know in advance. I was also wondering about the weather during my stay. Should I prepare for cooler or warmer temperatures?
Could you also tell me a little about your family? I’d love to know who I’ll be spending time with. Do you have any children or pets? I adore animals and would be happy to help out if needed.
I’ll be arriving on 1st November at 7 am. I hope this timing works for you, and if there’s anything I should know or bring, please do let me know.
I’m excited to meet you all and start this new adventure!
